Hi there! I'm Yolanda, the owner of YCu Fotos and you're in the right place! Why because, I understand dogs.

I serve pet parents from Sacramento to Rancho Cordova and Northern California. I have a particular focus on reactive dogs. Not just professionally, but personally. My own dog, Ocho, is a Korean Jindo, a breed that can be wonderfully spirited. He is incredibly intelligent, fiercely loyal, and full of personality. He is also not the dog who sits patiently while a camera clicks away. The moment he spots another dog, his excitement takes over. Photographing Ocho has taught me patience, flexibility, and one very important lesson. The best photographs happen when we allow our dogs to be themselves.

If your dog pulls on the leash, gets distracted by squirrels, barks at passing dogs, or simple refuses to sit still, you are in the right place. There is no judgment here only understanding. You are in good hands!

I also have a special place for senior dogs and terminally ill dogs. When my other rescue dog, Poncho, was diagnosed with prostate cancer it killed us. Their quiet wisdom deserves to be remembered. Every state of their life deserves to be preserved.

That is why I create photographs that tell your dog's story. Authentic moments filled with expression, personality, and the bond you share together.
